REGISTRATION FOR GUESTS AND NEW MEMBERS
The guest fee for any scientific meeting is $450. (The December cultural program is $300.) The guest fee may be applied to a new membership for the current year.
Reservations for guests must be received one week in advance. Please do not phone. Once your guest fee is received, you will be registered to attend that meeting. Mail the guest fee with your name as you would like it to appear on your badge to:

PROCEDURE FOR NEW MEMBERS:
A new member must be recommended by a current NHAD member. You may download the NHAD Membership Application, print and complete the form, and mail the Membership Roster Information with a check payable to the Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry in the amount of $3,000 to the above address. We do not accept credit or debit card payments.
The fee for new members is $3,000 for the first (calendar) year. Each year thereafter the fee is $2,000 for the year's eight meetings. This fee also includes a three-course gourmet luncheon with wines at each meeting.
Photographs will be taken during the April and May meetings for the membership roster. If you miss an opportunity to have your photograph taken, please e-mail a current photograph to NHAD@hughes.net.
