For the last four decades, the Academy has encouraged our membership to enjoy a dining experience that allows cultivating our professional relationships while enjoying delicious food and exceptional wines.

Our menus are currently selected from the great chefs of Europe for the purpose of exposing the membership to the preparation of diverse, interesting dishes that are not only beautiful in presentation but exquisite in taste.  Every effort is made via a video presentation to educate members on the complicated and often exotic preparation required for a fine culinary experience.

Accompanying these multicourse meals are carefully selected wines from every area of the world—from the infinite variety of extraordinary grapes and from winemakers who have reached the pinnacle of their craft.  Many of the wines are rare, unusual vintages that have been cellared by the Academy for decades and are no longer available to the ordinary consumer. 

A fine wine, carefully chosen to complement the flavors of the food, can become the catalyst for table conversation and the development of lasting bonds that unite the membership in friendship and celebration.
